Outllook 2003 Tutorial (Creating a signature) PART 1 & 2

Here i show you how to create a linear signature for your eamils in Outlook 2003 using Micrsoft Word as the editor.

If however you do not have Microsoft Word simply use a blank email which has the nearly all of the editing features as Word as the features for the emails is based on Microsoft's Word editing features any way.

Have fun!

why not put your's up here for us to see or make suggestions to others that we may not have thought off!
(It is reccomended that you alter email address and contact numbers before posting your examples for this to avoid spam and prank calls)

My favourite word is "erm" and no my name is not Jamie Oliver either even though i may sound a little like him.

Another idea I have just had,

To attract local business or contact details for people looking to obtain a free quote, put a simple slogan within your email signature along the lines of:

TEXT YOUR NAME & POST CODE TO: 07900 000 000
TO RECEIVE YOUR FREE NO OBLIGATION QUOTE / CHAT!

The lazy man loves this and this on the back of business cards worked wonders for me but I have not tried this on emails yet?

I actually put three of my local competitors out of business using this technique, It was only a window cleaning business but still 90% of my business came from this method of marketing.

The customer can sit in their chair checking their emails or Networking Now Forum post(s) after a long day and simply text you is making the initial contact quicker and LAZY, a customers best friend, the easier it is the more attractive the service or product is from my own experience.
