The new owners of Harrods had two luxury cars clamped outside the store. The Koenigsegg CCXR worth £1.2m and a Lamborghini Murcielago worth £350,000 were both left with bright yellow clamps.
The Qatari are the faces behine the Qatar Holding Group with bought Harrods earlier this year.
