Networking Now

As some of you know, I am an avid Mac user, I have a 24' beast for work, and Mrs Kip and Evil Child both now have mac books, I have never once bought a mac magazine (only because our town in Blighty is ****e) but today picked up 2 mags to keep me entertained and learn some new tricks (one was a designers mag)

Imagine my glee, and 'Hah, told you so' attitude when I read these statistics:

Apple is now valued at $203 billion
Microsoft is at $254 Billion

Looks like microsoft is still winning . . .

Until you look deeper, in 1997 Dell advised Steve Job's to shut down Apple (2010 see's them hammering Dell at a measly $28 Billion) and the fact that Microsoft was worth more 10 years ago than now, by roughly $10 billion, thats a huge loss in a market that continues to grow!

So, when are you lot going to stop worrying about saving £20 and get a real machine? hehe

Already there, but using both platforms (iMac & PC) so can not comment regarding the PC that infects itself with horrid files and trojans and requires more maintenance than any child could ever demand, along side this; the complexity to change a simple feature on or off on any PC, AAHHH what a nightmare.

Can you here that...........Lah La Lah Lah La La La La .... a peacfull, almost silent iMac making the whole job of being a computer look so easy, just the same as the operating system then, SIMPLE's just how every user would like it.

It's not Compare the Market or Compare the Meerkat it's how can you compare the iMac.

Im with you Kip, for me it has to be either the iMac, Macbook, Macbook Pro, Airmac, Power Mac or even a Mini Mac, but i think I currently fancy a Big Mac.

You will not look back mate, running the 24' and it copes with anything, even Kerri throwing it at the floor twice! (don't ask :D )
