It's also impossible to sell a bespoke service on eBay. :)
As a note, this is why we never did it.
The adverts being talked about here allow you to advertise a service at a rate, rather than to auction something specific which is great - but, whether through poor advert writing or for any other reasons, we've not really had any interest after posting ours a couple of times.
I'm going to leave it there (easy to re-list) and will add some others shortly for different services, carefully worded, to try it out more thoroughly, but my gut feeling is that people just are not looking to find services, contractors, etc via EBay!
