Tis only meeee

Postby igglepiggle2 » 22 Jan 2010, 05:39

Greetings all,

I'm finally finding some time to say "Hello", albeit on a nightshift!!
I don't have a business of my own, however I have to put up with my partner in crime MAXIMATTITUDE
I am a mum of four boys and work full time at the hospital on a ward for elderly ladies. I do enjoy it most of the time but I need something more. I have started up my running again after 5 ish years away from it.
I originally trained to work in the catering industry, therefore am a qualified chef, however always preferred front of house. I did pretty well for myself- restaurant supervisor and wedding co-ordinator, however lots of split shifts and many long hours meant I didn't get to see my boys.
Things I would like to do....Go on an art course- I'm rubbish at drawing etc but think it very relaxing and idyllic, I would like to teach secondary school age, however taking time out to study whilst working full time and with the children isn't great timing..and of course..cost. I quite like craft things and making but don't think I'm very good...I'd quite like to sell my home baking but I don't think the rewards would work out very well as it's not a very economic thing to do with rules and regs etc..if you understand my drift..I don't know...I just need...something...but I don't think it's what I'm doing..hmmmm...... :?

Anyway enough of my ramblings..I hope I can bring life experiences to the forum...
