Hello from Yasmina @Shizuk

Hi everyone,

Hope you are having a good day today.
It is great to see you all in this forum and am looking forward to networking with you.
Thanks for accommodating me here.

Just a quick intro about myself. I am based in London and working to introduce Delios after an over-10-year success in Japan.
Delios is a portable water purification bottle and has been the best selling product in Japan. Delios can be used for travel, outdoor, emergency and eco purposes. The filter top can be screwed onto some types of plastic bottles. (In Japan, it fits on all PETE bottles but not here, which we are hoping to change.)

There are many ways you can use Delios, including a business trip, collecting rain water to drink a cup of tea and reducing plastic bottles.
The filter weighs 40g only while the entire products weighs 58g, so you can carry it easily ;) Please let me know any questions about the product.

Speak to you soon.

Hi,

Yes I feel like it is a grilling from a Dragon. Please do not say, 'I'm out' yet :)

I am an exclusive right holder for the UK and Europe, but it technically means worldwide.
The manufacturer is a Japanese guy who does this business on his own but only in Japan. So I am in charge of the world market (sounds too big to handle!).

I have approached some shops but it seems that several issues are going on in relation to water filter bottle products on the market nowadays.
The sales staff at one shop said that ‘traditional’ hard bottles are becoming less popular as they are bulky to carry. Certainly I did not see any bulky bottles at that shop, although its other branches may still sell them to finish their stocks. Delios can fit the gap with the lightest filter and bottle, which is squeezable and pocketable. I am utting more effort online to get the name Delios known.

Well, I want to talk with you further but I have to go out.
I will come back this afternoon. Hope this is OK for you:)

Have a good morning and speak to you later.

Hello Yasmina
I'm a keen outdoor type who uses water filters when doing multi day adventure races in some remote places where shops aren't common place, have you got a website about the product. the weight sounds good, am i right in thinking this screws into the top of a bottle or is it the bottle itself. (most people i know use camelbacs or similiar is it adaptable?. I wouldn't go to the shops i'd go to the bottle manufactures first or the bottle distributors.

Yep, exactly like Colin says, straight to the head of the dragon! You are as big as you dream, so if you want national or international coverage go straight to the source, in fact, I think Colin may be a chap worth talking to off the forum!

Yes, Delios can be fitted on to some plastic bottles in the UK such as those used for fizzy drinks at the moment, but it fits on to all PETE bottles in Japan, which the manufacturer intended when he invented this product. However, I checked two products, Platypus and Liquitainer, and they fit with Delios perfectly. The manufacturer also mentions the combination with Platypus on his website in Japan. So, monntaineers in Japan use a combination of Platypus and Delios.

Hi Yasmina
welcome to the forum, sounds like a great product you have there. How about promoting it with an iphone app similar to ibeer on the app store?
Great publicity?
regards
