Hello.

Have had to take the test three or four times in the last few years - the last time being about a year ago. Each time was for a job interview (either within the same company or with a new company).

Worked out ok, as each time I have taken it I got the job I went for.

OVerall, I think it is pretty good for several reasons -

1) Makes the participants take the process a bit more seriously.
2) Ensures that people can't blag their way through a process.
3) Creates a more structured process.

The one thing that does jump to mind (as with all things) is that there is a danger in using the results for this in isolation. I have known people not up to a job storm the pyscometric testing, and known people who know the job inside-out fail.
