Kip,

I like the 2010 venture, should be a nice back earner on the side and fitting to your current services, good on you buddy!

Just finished the directory section of my latest project after the decision for a complete redesign. Will post more info in the relevant section here on N2.

Oh and second order with Michael placed, testament to my word that I will use Michael's services again!

Have been in touch with Michael, and his is now our paper/card supplier, would advise anyone on here to go direct to Michael though, as I am not interested in turning a profit from N2 members.

And if Steve Willet says they are good, they must be, and on his second order!

Testament to how good you are there Mr ColourSells!

I'm on my third order of business cards from Michael. Everyone is delighted with the cards and with the speed of delivery.

The second batch arrived very promptly as well, again thank you Michael,

The second run had a small strip across the top which contained an image of wood grain and the quality in the laminate finish actually makes the card look as though it actually has a wood grain to it, fantastic!

Almost like Laminate Flooring looks, Ha! Sorry had to put that in!

Thank you Michael.

Adding to that, I need some business cards doing for Cyprus, leaving these in bars and cafes etc, so the metal ones a tad to expensive for that, will get something drawn up this weekend, (in blighty at the moment, fly back saturday) and ask you if you ship to Europe or failing that the Mrs can bring them or send them over!

Hope all is well, been neglecting this recently! Need to step this up a gear!

Hi Steve

Thanks for the detailed plug on your recent post. There's not much more for me to add, except the fact that I really do and try to look after my clients.

As an example, this week I had a call from a customer in Somerset who had received cards with a couple of faint black lines printed where they shouldn't be. When I investigated I found my artwork was to blame. (Don't you hate it when that happens?) A re-print was arranged and she will have new cards today.

My point in posting this is to say that this matter was resolved in about 5 hours from the time it was reported - that's the amount of time you can spend trying to speak to a live human being in some organisations. Unfortunately not everyrthing runs as smoothly as it should in the printing industry, and it's times like this that you need a printer you can sort your problem - quickly.

Yes Kip - I can arrange shipping to Cyprus.

It's all compliments here from me Michael, not complaints.

I can only respect you more for being the type of person who turns any issue or error into a positive result.

I look for a partner not supplier who, if a problem arises will assist in getting the best result(s) of a negative situation converting it to a positive.

in other words, I look to see what they do next after the issue or error has arisen; this is the important part.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MICHAEL.
