Kip's Sponsored Diet

Kip's Sponsored Diet

Postby Kip FX Design » 10 Jan 2010, 11:43

OK, so its 2010 and weight loss is a huge must, so to make it more interesting, I have decided to do it sponsored, my starting weigh t was 21.4 stone and I am to be 18 stone in time for Project 65's Forces March.

I started a blog yesterday, and sold 4 adverts on there and raised £65 (ironic as Project 65 is the charity we are doing it for) thanks to our very own Helen Stothard, Rosie Day, a young lad called Callum Fairhurst and of course so did we.

So I am very excited about the initial kick off, what a great bunch of people I am lucky enough to know! Thankyou all so much

Want to sponsor me, you know you should!

Just enter the amounts on here please, and stay updated on The Blog!

Update:

Week one, I lost a huge 9lbs! All thanks to the world watching! So I can hardly give up like I have so many other times before, not an easy couple of weeks, emotionally or physically, but that small loss has abled me to do my jeans up without needing to breath in like the big bad wolf! And last night I had a meal with Mikey Palmer (photographer) who was in the area, and off of twitter, and although I probably had more than a diet should allow, but even my side was salad! So I behaved where I could!

Well done Kip are you exercising as well? I have started, just walking at the min but I want to be able to start running at some point in the future although a way away yet as I have at least 8 stone to lose to get to the heaviest that I am supposed to be for my height you will keep me on the straight and narrow.

I think what you're doing is just fabulous Kip!!! Not only are you benefitting yourself by doing this, you're also helping Project 65 IMMENSELY!!! £200 is a FAB amount and I hope that more people will donate and have you thought of a press release maybe?....

Thought about a press release a few times, I only wrote one, and I am shit at such things, but if anyone offers and knows where to send them etc, I would be more than happy to have one out there!

Exercising on the wii and the odd brisk morning walk with daft breathing exercises, keep an eye on the blog, have had a lovely woman who has posted me some allegedly dynamite dieting stuff, will be progressing how that is going! !

Kip,

Rosie is an expert on press releases etc. May be worth asking for help?
